Dharamshala: On 4 March 2019, Karma Yeshi (Paljor Kalon, Board Chairman), Yeshi Wangmo (Finance Secretary), Kaydor Aukatsang (Director, SARD), Kunchok Tsundue(Chief Planning Officer) along with Board members of Gang-jong Development Finance Private Limited sought the blessing of His Holiness Dalai Lama. Board members of Gang-jong are Karma Yeshi(Paljor Kalon & chairman of Board), Alok Prasad and Dr Kunchok Tsundue(Chief Planning Officer).
The Chairman of Gang-jong informed His Holiness in brief about the company, Tibetan Refugee Livelihood Support Program (TRLSP), SARD and its future plans. While emphasising the significance of money for any development in this modern world, His Holiness asks the members to work hard to promote the socio-economic welfare of Tibetans.
Incorporated on 27 November 2017, Gang-jong received the Non-Banking license on 13 December 2018 from Reserve bank of India.
