Dharamshala: Speaker Pema Jungney of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile is scheduled to attend the inaugural ceremony of Sowa-Rigpa Day and 6th conference of Central Council of Tibetan Medicine as the special guest in Delhi organized by the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine on 11 September 2019.
Speaker is scheduled to depart Dharamshala today to attend the ceremony.
