Dharamsala: CTA President Dr Lobsang Sangay congratulated Australia’s new Prime Minister Scott Morrison, who was sworn in on 24 August.
“On behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration, please accept my congratulations on your appointment as Prime Minister of Australia,” said President Dr Sangay.
Noting the special friendship between Tibet and Australia, President Dr Sangay further said, “We are confident that the Australian government’s support for His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibet will continue under your new leadership.”
