BRUSSELS Kalon Karma Yeshi, Department of Finance, CTA arrived on Friday in Brussels from Paris where he had been engaged in matters relating to promotion and better participation by Tibetans in the Green Book campaign. He is being accompanied by Ms Kalsang Choedon, Department of Finance.
Kalon was received at the Brussels main train station by Representative Tashi Phuntsok and the staff of the Bureau du Tibet, Brussels.
Since his arrival yesterday he has been engaged in dealing with issues relating to the green book and problem that may be faced by Tibetans in Belgium. This is also in continuation and furtherance of his earlier visit in March on the same subject.
Today on Saturday, Kalon and his Assistant are assisted by all the staff members of the Bureau du Tibet, Brussels, to enable them to meet with more Tibetans and help deal with problems faced by Tibetans regarding the green book.
Tomorrow morning he will be leaving for the Netherlands and will be there until 16th. On 17th he will leave for Barcelona and will return to India on the 19th.
