Press Release: His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Schedule in Germany

Frankfurt, Germany: His Holiness the Dalai Lama arrived in Frankfurt, Germany this morning.

On his three-day visit, His Holiness the Dalai Lama is scheduled to address two symposiums: Non-Violence and Peace organised by Tibet Initiative Deutschland (TID) in cooperation with Gaden Phodrang Foundation of the Dalai Lama; and Happiness and Responsibility organized by German-American Institute (GAI).

His Holiness the Dalai Lama has been requested to speak on ‘Non-violence and the Tibetan struggle’ in the ‘Non-violence and Peace’ symposium in Darmstadt, Germany tomorrow from 9am -12pm (Central European Standard Time). He will also be speaking on ‘Happiness and Respect’ in the ‘Happiness and Responsibility’ symposium which will be organised by German-American Institute (GAI) in Heidelberg on Thursday from 9am – 11:30 am (CEST).

In addition to these major events, His Holiness will have further engagements in Germany. He will leave for Zurich, Switzerland on 20 September.
