DHARAMSHALA: Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay, the democratically elected Tibetan political leader left Dharamshala on Thursday for an official visit to Odisha and Delhi from 2-8 April.
He is scheduled to speak to students and teachers of the KISS University in Odisha. He will also meet important dignitaries during his visit to the state.
On his way back from Odisha, Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay will deliver a speech at Jawahralal Nehru University at a memorial for late Prof. Dawa Norbu, organised by students of the University.
Sikyong will return to Dharamshala on 8 April.
